寫給Skype的建議

使用Skype這麼久，還是第一次向他們回報問題。他們回報問題的頁面中，選擇語言的選單中並沒有中文。因此只好使用英文來表達。順便練一下英文。不過寫完有點慚愧，覺得學了這麼久英文，寫來寫去好像也都只會用一些很間單的字。表示記得的詞彙實在太少了。今天有點累，改天在用中文說明一下整件事情的來龍去脈

Your program has some bug...
Before, I got angry, because recently I made phone calls to my friends or my family, and suddenly the other side can't hear me. So, I need to make another call again, and I need to pay 1.6 TWD again. I thought it must be some Internet problem, but I misunderstood. I guess there must be some people got angray like me.

After while, I got the reason of that. Your program has some bug. Because the edition of skype I use is Chinese version, I try to translate it into English.

In the "Option", "Sound setting" tag, there is one check box which is to check to "Allow Skype to tune my mic voice" , and the default is "yes". The point is that the program would wrongly judge my voice level, and tune the mic sound level lower. Then the other side. Natually, the other side hang up the phone.

I believe the bug would affact people's trust in Skype compnay. And most people would think "Oh, god, Should Skype be like this?" So, My suggestion is that fix the bug, or cancel the fuction, or make the default is "not"

Maybe I should got some reward. At least I spent extra money on making some phone calls.
